Like many organizations, we have experienced significant rising costs across our supply chain, technology infrastructure, and specialized labor. Because we refuse to compromise on the speed, reliability, and security of our life-saving services, we have had to make the difficult decision to adjust our pricing.
What is Changing?
Beginning in June 2026, there will be a modest price increase for our sensor monitoring services.
Please Note: This adjustment allows us to continue investing in our TMA Five Diamond Certified monitoring center, maintain our HIPAA-compliant encryption standards, and ensure that our US-based Life Safety Operators are always ready to answer your call within seconds.
What Do You Need to Do?
For current subscribers: You do not need to take any action. The new rate will automatically apply to your June 2026 billing cycle.
If your service is managed by a health plan or agency: This adjustment will be handled directly through our standard care management workflows.
